The PAPAA course is accredited by Industry Qualifications (IQ) (www.industryqualifications.org.uk). IQ is approved by qualification regulators in the UK and is designed to provide a new type of awarding environment, with a philosophy based upon quality, partnership and transparency. They are a mutual body committed to the highest operational and ethical standards and designed to harness the power of and develop opportunities for their members. PAPAA Student assignments are monitored by the Include-ed Internal Quality Assurance team and are fully externally verified by officers from Industry Qualifications.
In addition to her Senior Management role, Caroline oversees the production of videos, personnel and financial accounts.
She is a Course Tutor for Communicate-ed.
Caroline also supports a number of centres with their access arrangements assessments, and holds a current Assessment Practising Certificate.
Lia is the Head of Training for Communicate-ed.
She is highly experienced in all aspects of Access Arrangements and SpLD diagnostic assessment, has held an Assessment Practising Certificate since 2008 and regularly assesses in schools and colleges.
Emma is in charge of Quality Assurance.
She holds a BA in Business Administration, is a qualified teacher, PAPAA graduate and supports students as an Assessor. Emma supports delegates at Communicate-ed face to face courses and oversees the Include-ed quality assurance team. She regularly carries out assessments in schools and colleges.
Amy has a BSc in Psychology, is a qualified teacher, PAPAA graduate and supports two Further Education colleges with their access arrangements assessments.
Amy manages the day to day admin associated with the course and answers Student enquiries.
Sarah was a founding director of the PAPAA course.
Through her own companies Sarah now runs a range of other courses in the area of dyslexia and offers assessments and tuition.
Lynn Lovell has an MA with a focus on Specific Learning Difficulties. She supports delegates at Include-ed face to face courses as well as being a PAPAA assessor. She is also an independent Dyslexia Specialist carrying out full diagnostic assessments and assessments for exam access arrangements.
